IPv6 and CI Session

Hello together,

we just experienced a problem with the filebin. People using an IPv6
connection couldn't log in to the Webinterface (They'll get an error).

Apparently the varchar field for the IP-Address is to short to fit IPv6
adresses.

The fix is simple: The column "ip_address" in the table "ci_sessions"
should be increased from varchar(16) to varchar(39) as 39 is the maximum
character length of an v6 adress.

For postgresql it would be

"ALTER TABLE ci_sessions alter column ip_address type varchar(39);"

Greetings
Michael
